Review the basic criteria for individual or institutional grants to ensure your request aligns with our current funding capabilities.

Gather program details, cost estimates, and relevant enrollment forms. Clear documentation helps us process your request faster.

Send your completed request to our team. We evaluate family submissions on a rolling basis throughout the year. When accepted a check will be sent directly to the program your child will be attending.

Guidelines

Eligibility and timing [we are a legitimate nonprofit registered and recognized in South Carolina; we are allowed to accept donations and are in the process of raising money and getting our 501(c)(3) status with the IRS in order to begin opening the application process]. If you are an after-school program and interested in giving a discount to these students, please feel free to contact us.

For families, we require proof of local residency and the specific cost of the extracurricular program. We use The United Ways ALICE financial scale in order to help more families. We will open applications twice a year for two weeks before fall and spring activities, we handle all requests confidentially and aim to respond within two weeks of the close of the application deadline so your child does not miss out.

For local schools, we underwrite specific programs facing budget cuts. Institutional grant applications are accepted at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. Reach out directly to discuss your specific program needs.
